I have sooo much more appreciation for escape games after watching your videos and seeing how much work and thought goes into the build. Y’all are brilliant!
So glad to see that your business is expanding and your renown is now spread globally. Wish you all the best as you move into the Futuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrre. Semper Fi.
Something weird is happening. Your question about the CNC machine disappeared after I approved it. Please send a test comment so I can try to figure out what's happening. Our CNC machine is made by Industrial CNC. The model is the 404. It is a 4'X4' bed (almost). I CANNOT recommend it. While it is very heavy and stable, the build quality is very poor. We have spent far too much time correcting bad engineering issues. We will buy another machine after the move, so I'll make sure we shoot video on our selection process.
Are the sash weights working? Is the installation temporary, or permanent? I'm sure we will end up in L.A. Within the next 6 months, or so. I'll coordinate with you and Mr. Galore when we head that way.
It's temp unfortunately. Just a few week run. We ended up getting that entire puzzle built, went to install it, and realized we literally hit a wall; the location it was to go in is solid concrete. And because it's a temporary room, we scaled it down to fit. I'll shoot you an email with some pictures!
Kristy Pitchford visited Red Door (spaceship) today for beta testing. She informed me about the Magic Castle game! I chuckled and told her that we were conferring. She is very tickled and really looking forward to it- I'm guessing Randy will also be in attendance.
You guys should really attend next years Escape Room conventions. It is great for networking. There are a lot of pre-made props but I have never seen anyone offering custom built props. Hell you two could even teach a seminar about building props. It would be a lot more interesting then most of the ones I have attended. Love the little details you add. Good luck with the future expansion.
Your outstanding work ethic, and concern for customer satisfaction, is apparently paying off in big dividends. I am looking to go from my three car garage workshop to a 3,000 sq.ft. workshop in the near future. Can't wait to move as I certainly need the space. My first real RUclips video launch is proposed for sometime in September, or October. I want to start it off at its foundation, so I plan on making my first video a tour of my current shop. Keep up the great work and lots of luck in your new endeavors. We'll be expecting build videos from them as well!!!
Holy crap-- that's fantastic! I'll get the shop video out asap. Congratulations- I can't believe it! One piece of stupid advice: When you (or anyone) is talking on camera, DON'T touch your face. It's harder than you think, but you'll see how weird and unpolished it looks when you do. We certainly break this rule ourselves, but we do try to follow it as much as possible. I can't wait to see!!
I've been updating my recording equipment for the last couple of weeks and learning the requirements for RUclips, and Patreon, and thus the delay in production. I'll be using teleprompters and voice overs since I am not as dynamic, or natural (hams), as the two of you. I'll also be green screening it in my effort to brand my company any way possible. By the way, do you guys realize your latest video, on curves, did not load up on RUclips? You may want to look into it.
I was trying to add hashtags and change the title on the arches video when it accidentally published for a few moments. I took it down as fast as I could, but I guess the notification went out...
Wow, it came out amazing. My escape room project is due for next weekend. It's not quite as polished, but I hope the kids are going to like it. By the way, if you need help with Dutch, just let me know. ; )

That's incredibly kind of you! I'm glad you're enjoying it:-)

Hand und Fuss?
Very cool work guys! Love how you show simple techniques put together to make a really complex look!
Thanks! :-)

Great to hear more escape room builds are planned! This room looks amazing, nice work!
Looks like the sheer volume of work is going to increase. Hopefully it will be good fodder for video!
Fantastic attention to detail.
Thanks! :-)
Looking great gents! Wish you guys were closer to SoCal to come see the Castle's room!

Keep bugging us about it (as a reminder) and let me know where and when it will be. :-D

No worries; wasn't sure if you were aware.
Great video as always.
I like such DIY projects.

New digs for even MORE Gratuitous Sets!?! What will the public think? Congrats all, well deserved!
I'm wondering when we'll cross the line...

Thanks! Veel sterkte with your deadline/completion!
New shop? Make sure it has AC. Also mobile game?
Yeh, a lot is happening. I'll tell you about it soon :-)
Please fix your website so we can see some pics :)
Sorry about that, we will
Nein is german. Not Dutch :(
LOL That's what i said "That's terrible." in the video (Matt doesn't speak German, I do.)
The right way to say "no" in Dutch is: "nee" (I am Dutch).
And I love the things you made 🙂❤️
I probably screwed something up there 🤪
