I have a feeling the customer service rating has more to do with Walmart than the drivers. We have very little physical contact with anyone to piss them off.

I don't understand customer ratings. For my first 60 orders, I had a 5.0. One day I checked and I was at a 4.6. I was slightly distressed because I always give good customer service and follow directions. I only drive on the weekends and when I take off from my W2.
Spark has died in my area...it was going decent till last couple weeks I'm seeing a lot of drivers picking up haven't seen before. Used to get orders #1 or #2 yesterday it was #25 later in the morning. Dunno what's happening maybe they saturated the area with drivers. Ever Since Doordash parted ways with Walmart been a bunch of **** orders.
I think all markets were more or less flooded with drivers. I have zero luck in my home town but in the cities north and south of me I do a pretty decent job.

I don't either. They affect me big time in my home town but not so much out of town.
Question, do you have commercial insurance or regular insurance?
