Finally got my T300RS installed to start applying your tips and lines with a little bit more ease as I was using a controller, doing quite well, but struggling ;)
The ascari is doable full throttle with the Vantage, but you have to maintain perfect trajectory. Usually I do the first corner at 30-50% throttle, then the other two full throttle. However nice to know you can upshift after the first corner of the 1st variante. Forgive me if I dare to comment this, but this is a combination of track and car I do every day for fun in lobbies. Couldn't believe you chose the Aston hahah
Thanks for the track guide, I've got a private race this weekend in Monza and helped me realize how early I was breaking. Which breaking bias where you using? You use ABS in soft spec right? Thanks!
Kie, when (or how) did you make the switch to Aston? I thought you had selected Mercedes and I was happy as I choose Mercedes as well. I was excited to see your results in the same manufacturer. Cheers anyway!!
Hi, I am VERY FAR from being a top league driver but I understand why I am slow even if still not being able to consistently overcome it. Some cars are just faster than others down the straight but I assume you are referring to being slower than identical cars. I often see what you have commented on even when using identical cars and the main reason is entry and exit speeds. How you choose your lines and control your speed and balance going into the corner will, when perfected, result in coming out of the corner with a higher speed AND also allow you to go back on the throttle earlier. Think of it...if we are both in the same car and you exit even 3 kmph faster there is no way I will catch you. If we come out at the same speed but you get on the throttle 0.1 sec before I do, there is also NO WAY I will catch you. Combine those both scenarios and you will see why others are faster on the straight. Now...achieving the above is a matter of knowing the track and braking points for your car, knowing the correct lines and making smooth pedal and steering inputs. This is harder to master than said. I am hoping time and practice will yield results. I wish you the same.
@@kajalano3198 I was reffering also on other cars, beacause i tought that with the performance balance were all the same fast. So wich is the fastest car on the straight? Because in Monza is very important to be fast in the straight
@@gabrieleimpala BOP tries to create a level field but as in real cars, there are differences between cars that just cannot be 'balanced' out. Some cars are just great around corners and others suck. Some cars have better top-end speed but not the acceleration to make them suitable on certain tracks. For other cars, it is the opposite for long straights. So...I say the above to make the point that it is not just being fast on the straight. If a car sucks around corners, then you will VERY quickly lose the gains on the straight. It therefore requires a car that balances both. I personally find that the GT-R GT3 Schultz Msport '13 and GR Supra R Concept '18 vehicles are great cars for this track. The GT-R has good speed on the straights and is forgiving enough on the corners. The Supra is not as fast IMO but handles better through the chicanes. Driving style does matter though so the best car for me may not the same for you. Also, if I am to return to my earlier response and speed out of the corners, I do hope that you have TC set to 0. You will never be maximising your speed with this on. By limiting wheel spin to assist in control, TC actually limits HP to the wheels and ultimately slows you down out of the corner. If you are slower with it off, then it means you need to improve your handling through the corner...you will eventually get through this phase and be a better/faster driver in the end. Hope this helps...
I improved my best lap time by 9 tenths after watching this paying attention to everything you did. Thank you for the guide 👍
The Audi R8 is also tricky into the Ascari chicane. Never achieved a "peace full" full throttle exit.
Great stuff
Knocked nearly a second off was struggling for some reason and the video helped
Very good lap kie. I can see that time coming down father still.

I wish I had seen this yesterday, I could have used it. But I bottled it anyway 😂Great track guide as always Kie.
another great guide the only thing missing is the funky red socks
I’m going to use this as a reference for the Gr.4 race.
great guide thanks!
It helps that I picked Aston too. Thank you! 🙌
Thank you as always Kie!
Great video think I now know where I can put the hammer down and gain a few extra seconds thanks for the video 👍 liked and subbed
Ended up on pole and finished 3 got my first podium all thanks to this video cheers dude 👍

Thank you for the tips...one day I will be able to race with you 🤷🏿♂️
What's your braking balance set at?
For a scirocco , what brake bias do u recommend for this track

God has sent you...
Thank you !!!
Btw. What strategy should I use ? (AMG Gt3)
Kie...are you going to run mediums during the race as well?
Should you use both legs for racing? I am used to use just one, sometimes i feel like for this reason i am breaking little late understeer turns
Xxx Tentacion unless you are some kind of flexible god, always use 2 legs mate!
Nice Baffies 😂
Why sometimes at the end of the race i have 20 seconds of penalty?
if you dont fulfill tyre requirements of the race you get that penalty.
I use 4C gr.3 and i go slower than others in the straight. How is it possible?

@@kajalano3198 obviously I use already TCS OFF, I'll try Gtr and Supra. Thank you very much for the suggestions👍

Ascari is way better with full throttle
Why don’t you just turn TC to 1??
TC is slower I never use TC 👍
