Does it run on a dedicated 240 circuit? Because you can not make 3200 watts off of one 15amp or even 20 amp 120v circuit, at least not RMS, maybe on "MAX POWER!" ratings. In fact, the most you can draw from a 20 amp circuit is 2400 watts, then the breaker is supposed to flip. And that is ASSuming that everything in the circuit is 100% efficient. It looks to me like it has 2 120v plugs? tapped into 1 15-20 amp outlet? My compliments to the builder, it sure looks nice!
This amp probably never gets outside 200W. If it were to max out, it would absolutely throw the breaker. The reason it's so powerful is so that when it's at 200W, it's at 13% of its capability. This means it's a FAR more linear 200W than any 400W Amp at 50% of its output capability.

100% class A versus AB is not the same thing at all but doesn't take anything down from the qualify of the amp, and since I never heard that one I can't really compare. I have Heard the apex and commander (the commander is for me the more special peace) and those sound awesome

Undoubtedly an excellent amp but kick the crap out of the Boulder 3060? Since you have never heard a 3060 I don't see how you can make that claim. It appears to be a less expensive, lower spec competitor so very unlikely it could beat the 3060. But I have never heard a stereo amp that could.
