For example: Coco bought this house at GBP750k in 2021, sell it GBP950k in 2022. He can make use of it to buy another house for home stay. No capital gain tax at all. I can say my buy-to-let properties:
Gross rental yield: 5.8%
Net rental yield: 4-4.5% (after deducting all the expenses you mentioned)
which is much attractive than HK properties.
