Honestly, this song is just beautiful. It has this "last hope" feeling I wish some songs like Chances would have. It really feels like our two singing foes are the only one able to change some things here Talking about the song itself, it is great as usual (bro can't stop giving us peak content fr). I like how Spirit has a more distorsed voice than Senpai, it's a small detail but adds a lot more to the song, even though the instrumental is by far my favorite part of it. And of course, the huge amount of references to older songs such as Disconnection and Blissful Ignorance (also Savestate I think) is really cool to hear One of my favorites so far. Even though I usually prefer intense songs, this one is just wonderful

I also have to say that the dialog at the beginning is AMAZING and I wish more extras had dialog like this. Rant warning here btw: TLDR: me salty about doomsday and time's up having lack of lore | | V (ik i say this alot but I feel like doomsday and time's up both got the short end of the stick compared to duality and rewind timelines. I know that times up/doomsday are one-off things but having a little more to them would be really nice, even if it was just a bit of dialog like what you did here!
