I just want to say. Your editing style compared with your honesty and positive additude makes you, in my mind at the very least, the singularly best fishing youtube channel out there. Your video's brighten my day. I have improved my own fishing abilities by watching and learning what you do. You are a huge inspiration for me and I really hope that you continue to make amazing content.

I knew right away from the title and thumbnail where we were heading and what we were after! I have also had the pleasure of leaving the important part of my tackle at home only to discover I had done so after reaching the fishing spot... oh well... you still caught some beauties even if they were just little guys. Those are a really spectacular fish and its awesome to get to see them. Glad you take us here!

I am more of a tree nut than a fisherman. I love the white ghosts as I call the American Sycamore. Used to see them all over Missouri when I lived there, That seed pod could have been from a Kentucky Coffee tree or a honey locust which has huge thorns.

If you had to be stuck with one spinner, that Panther Martin is the one to be stuck with. Absolute trout killer. Black with yellow dots, gold blade. It is my "go to" when hitting the streams.

Reminds me of catching brown, brook, rainbow, and cutthroat trout out of a creek near Trappers Lake in Colorado. In some places you could sight cast and get the fish easily. Cutthroat trout got released, but the brook, brown, and rainbow (and hybrid) trouts we kept and cooked. Really tasty.

Nice job making the best out of the situation. Your fly casting form is getting better. Keep practicing. The tangling of the double fly dig is usually caused by not pausing your back cast enough. Keep it up.

As I was watching the video with my wife, I pointed out to her that it looked like a panther Martin, and then you said it! Panther Martin spinners happened to be my favorite spinner to fish with and I see myself as a spinner fisherman. However, I can't seem to find panther Martin spinners anywhere where I currently reside in northern Florida. Lots of rooster tails, and some other offshoot generics as well as some from Mepps. Do you know if they make them anymore, or if they can be ordered from somewhere? I must say though that this video was a little break from the normal "spillway" videos that you usually put out. I like these kind, as well as when you use your kayak, I think I've seen you also do a few catch and cooks. Like to see some of that in the future if possible Nick. Thanks bro! God bless!
