Hey Omar! I competed here for Local Finals this year and came 10th in the A final with a 36.9, it's amazing to see how fast group B has gotten this year! You did a great effort, I would say better than me last year, i'm amazed to see it! I got through Local finals at Nottingham this year and it's a shame that you're not going to Leeds, because I've watched you for a while and would've loved to race you, but there's always next year!
yep I did expect to be a lot closer to the front but wasn’t my night unfortunately. Still rooting on my mates who got through for regionals though so should be a good event to follow!! Good luck aswell and hopefully see you at regionals next year!! :)
Not sure it's the right thing to do, moving track purely just to qualify for BIKC, surely you are either good enough to do it at your own track of your not? Simple as that. By going to Nottingham and qualifying there just denied someone a well deserved chance to go to the regionals? I think it's 's' housery at best or cheating at worst. Some really quick lads at Nottingham who were working really hard to qualify for months, then someone comes along with a couple of weeks to go and knocks them out. Just hope justice is served in the regionals.
@@MatthewMorris-cx7sw There's 24 slots to get through lad, not that many compete, plus even if all 24 did qualify, not all 24 show up to local finals, keep in mind you don't know the situation that caused me to go over to nottingham, and also keep in mind people have different driving styles that fit different circuits, there's more to it than you think :)
Subbed bro, went here for the first time 2 days ago, only done 1 sesh in London and 1 here, managed a 38.5 but I'm so bad at hairpins, I'm locking up everytime, definitely getting into karting though, addicted already!
cheers man, appreciate the sub. round Leicester it’s good to lock up at hairpins but everywhere else probably not the best idea😂😂 keep working to improve lap times we all had to start somewhere ay🤷♀️
Solid drive mate, such a shame you seem to get stiffed with 2 karts there that just weren’t on the true pace of the others after using them this week. As Robbie said, keep your head up mate, there’s plenty more to come from you in the future 🙌🏾
Disappointing result but gained some valuable experience of being in a big tournament, we all know you're better than the B final and kart performance just really showed it's ugly face. The comeback is stronger than the downfall and can't wait to see some good results at both Leicester and other tracks 😁
Hi Omar! It’s Alex just wanted to say it was a good day racing with you and I hope to race with you again next year!
yeah man really good racing although we weren’t at the front. hope to see you next year! :)

I raced here yesterday in a junior kart (I’m 12) and my lap time was 48.444 seconds
