UNESCO-UNOCT : engaging youth for the prevention of violent extremism

Violent extremism is a challenge that has no border, takes many forms and often targets young people. We can prevent violent extremism by providing young people with opportunities for participation and inclusion to strengthen their resilience, and through skills to dialogue, think critically and engage meaningfully within their local communities and societies.
