Hello sir . I want to ask question about the dual intent. If I have submitted an application for a visitor visa and is still in process can I go ahead and submit my student visa application too.?
Thanks a lot. I need to clarify some points. My spousal open work permits still in progress(processing time has exceeded already) in the meantime can I apply for PR also ? Will it be a problem?
Do I have to make an attested invitation letter for my spouse visitor visa ? Also I am just mentioning in the SOP that we have two time refusal before and we really want to see each other this and that . What am I missing ? Any suggestions please. PR application already in process . We have received AOR also. @The Maple Team.
It’s not a process per day but if you have 2 intentions ie being a student and later a PR then you may want to address but this will need to be done carefully as if not worded properly could lead to more issues. Hope this helps
Do you suggest that we delete the express entry profile before applying for a Student visa? Also, how do we clarify the intent in our statement to the officer?
You can have multiple applications open at the same time and frankly until you pay fees for the EE application it is not actually an application. As for dealing with dual intent it really is a balancing act that you need to deal with carefully
I am applying for a visitor visa and later for a Temporary Foreign worker. I have an intention to leave Canada in the future. What are the things that I need to make it happen? Do you think it's possible? Thank you.
I want my fiance to come to canada on TRV, and then marry her when she is here.. Will her owning property and a house in her home country be enough to satisfy immigration?
Wow it seems that you are the right person to upload videos pertaining to coming to Canada. Thank you and hoping to see more of your uploaded videos.

What do you suggest to applicants that first filed for an express entry application but then decided to pursue the student permit application?
Hard to answer as depends on your unique situation. Sounds like you need some direction, please feel free to reach out if you need some help.
