Also with the wires that are hanging for the television and things like that. I always paint the wires the same color as my wall paint that way they're not as noticeable. The cuckoo clock is adorable but I think I would hang it above the dining table centered in the middle not too high because it's really cute. And then maybe hang a bigger picture where the cuckoo clock is right now. But you really don't want to hang your pictures too close to the ceiling. You really want them at eye level.

The small picture above the big landscape picture should hang much lower. You can't really see the picture very well and it's by the ceiling that's not where you would normally hang a picture that small. If you like it on that wall you could hang it on either side of the landscape picture either by the window or on the other side that you have your prayer tapestry.
When putting wallpaper up you need to match the pattern, the roses should be matched when you put the second piece up and so on. You need to learn more there are lots of videos on you tube you could watch and learn about interior design and decorating a home
