Wait girl you CAN print multiple labels at a time on Pirate ship! Sometimes if there’s an international order that requires a customs form I’ve noticed it won’t let you batch them, but you can multi select from the import screen!
if you use pirate ships simple export rate, those dont come with customs forms as the warehouse relables for you and you can batch them that way for intl orders

Monica I have been binge watching your videos and re-watching some. Can you do a video showing how to use the POS system and how you do returns like when that customer swapped her mini candle for a big one. How did you do it in the system.
Pirate Ship will allow you to ship multiple labels at a time! On the home page you select which labels you want to print then click the button that's green for example the button can look like (Print 2 Labels)
Another vid, awesome I just wanted to ask if you are open to do a video on more of the logistic side of the business and timings wise as well like financially and your day like as generally because for me its very hard to have a work life balance lik im still working/studying if i have time for myself, so if you can do a video like that so we get like more behind the scenes, your a big inspiration and really make me feel bad and actually get up (in a good productive way u kno). Have customers write a review on your online store, that have purchased their items in person, to let others know how good your candles are, that can help your online sales. have a great day.

New candle maker here. I’ve been playing with coconut soy wax. Everywhere I’ve been reading says not to burn for 1-2weeks. Just to figure out how to tell customers not to burn immediately. TY

Hey!! When you melting, flip that 1000 switch and then once it’s melted flip it off and switch to the 500 setting! I just got one too!
