Looks like she would benefit from tucking the pelvis more at address and maintaining that neutral Lower spine position throughout the swing. Also maintaining more forward bend throughout the back swing and turning the trunk more. Looks like she might develop a back issue otherwise
I just realized something. If I keep in mind to turn around the spine axis, I tend to turn my hips around the spine by pushing right hip back and left hip forward. But really, it's mainly just the upper body that's turning around the spine axis, the hips not so much, or at least it feels that way. When I just stand on right foot not even trying to turn the hips but just turn the upper body around the spine axis, I can finally feel like I'm winding up against something rather than nothing when the hips turn around the spine as well. Basically, the swing is just standing on each foot then turn the upper body around the spine, just focus on turning the shoulders around the spine and not the hips. Is this correct?
