After 2 devastating knee injuries in netball I've had confidence issues playing again. I panic when I fall or trip. I always envision the very first horrific accident when my knee got busted. It is awful. Watching this has made me even more determined and wanting to just suck it up and get back on it. She's so inspirational.

Oh my god..... I play her position and had the same injury (patellar tendon rupture).....the pain was horrific.... it was the only time in my life I had scream with projectile tears ensued!!!!! I was in a cast for 5 weeks which was depressing then 6 months of physio....... the only positive was that I met my partner who healed me in more ways then one!!! I've been eagerly anticipating my return but scared as hell to go through the trauma again.
I'm 9 years old and I want to become a silver fern, I haven't had an injury anywhere near that bad, the worst would probably be a skidded knee or a barely sprained ankle, I do 3 hours training everyday, you're the best casey!
I had 4 ankle sprains (3 on the right, 1 on the left). My left knee was injured because of practicing martial art. At time, the pain came and I have to stop playing netball for a few months. I never went to the sport doctor. I took precautions by wearing knee and ankle guards during training and playing.
0:46 they always get the shots when they are down and in agony! Pains me to see any players go down like this, often wonder if the pain is physical or mental knowing their career could be potentially over, probably a bit of both!

There have been some awesome defenders, but she is undoubtedly one of the greatest and best I have ever seen.
I cannot wait to see you back on court Casey. Everytime I watch this video, I cry. I can just see the dedication and determination.
