China exercising due process in new rule vs 'trespassers' in WPS - Beiing-based think tank

#TheBigStory | Beijing-based think tank Center for China and Globalization believes China's new order to detain who they deem as 'trespassers' in the disputed waters is an exercise in 'due process' in what it considers 100% its territory.
Senior Research Fellow Andy Mok believes China is being 'transparent' and is taking a 'reasonable response' against those it deems as 'trespassers.'
