Don't latch on Ministry of Health in SL only concerns about MBBS doctors... Not enough chances if you are nursing, Para, Supplimentary or even if you are a scientist. Have a work colleague who is working as a Entomologist with a MPhil, He is frustrated as F*ck.... Eventhough that he has a MPhil he is under a basic MBBS holder. No reason to stay. But good for the exposure. Even if you are applying for a Research they will look down at you... Best of luck machn...
