For peppino is usually about his unhinged switch between panic and anger, the noise is about chaos and Fake pep is about redemption which is so great to hear. It would be fun if in "Swap Mode", in the level Don't Make A Sound, when Doise is caught by a toppin monster, he temporarily dies in the level (not the whole game) and Fake Peppino is only playable, while Doise's corpse rides Peddito he follows Fake Peppino. Then when you exit or win the level, Doise falls dead next to Fake Peppino, but wakes up and his skin becomes normal.

While he learned a lot from Pizza Head, Peppino Spaghetti himself was there to teach him one last lesson: how to be a good person. Peppino gestures back to the crumbling tower, and both can see cheese slimes, pencers, fork knights, the works, all getting crushed by debris. Fake peppino gets a serious look on his face, adjusts his head, gives a confident "ribbit", and starts bouncing around thw tower, using what little strucural integrity is left to save whoever he can, including Pepperman, Vigilante, and The Noise.
