Awesome air roots. Thanks. Cheers from Ojai California
Thank you!
Across the web, I've seen folks struggle with their tropicals' growth this year. Hopefully we all have better luck next year.
I heard Nigel Saunders also mention that! Must be something in the air.
Nice!No more room for these ones in my house...GrtsKennet
I bought a grow tent from Amazon last year that was a game changer for me. Keeps them growing healthy, and keeps them mostly out of sight.
I keep a lot of cuttings from my ficus, on occasion when a cutting dies I still keep it because you can still make use of them. For example one time I used a dead cutting for a mini tanooki bonsai and I gotta say it definitely was worth it
Interesting! That's something I've yet to try. Maybe I will next time?
It looks like powdery mildew, milk and water will help, great video btw
I have some copper based fungicide stuff that I'm going to try. I heard good things about it but I guess we'll see!
@@BonsaiBoise that'll work
It almost looked like the aerial roots have taken over a majority of the work as far as roots go.
Yeah it seems that way
Every time I root prone mine it dies I don't know what I'm doing wrong 😢 lovely trees wish I have some nice scheffleras keep up the good job
Thank you! What time of year were you doing the root pruning?
