Hi,
I know this video is kinda old now, so I will understand if you wont get to my answer, but still Id like to ask:
Is there any reason why these conventions have taken its place, where they have? I mean, why the Tokyo convention was seated in Tokyo and not in the US for example, when it was under ICAO.
And why cant we find these conventions posted on the ICAO website? For example, the DOC7300 or the Chicago Convention is posted, the Montreal one isnt.
Your video has given me a lot and hope for your answer! Thanks.
