When a black man let's his hair grow and don't comb it, it forms into freeform dreadlocks. That's exactly what Samson did. He let his locs grow and it turned into seven strains. All twelve tribes of Israel were people of color. They use to say israelites where middle eastern to avoid saying that they were black. There was no such thing as the middle east until the invasion of the romans, Turkish, byzantine empire took over and intermarriages with the native black population.

That would be the same as what Europeans and others did to them. That would never solve anything because it'll only continue a vicious cycle. (From one who truly loves my black brethren)

White people don't have dread locks that's just goat hair matted. That's why there is a difference between the sheep and the goat in the Bible. Sheep have WOOLY HAIR and the goat have straight hair. Now what people have WOOLY? And what people have goat hair? So stop telling those lies as if white people have dread locks. Would be interesting to explore that a bit further. Lamentations is a book of poems, so in this context, using the word 'Nazarite' could refer to dreads in a poetic sense. Would be interesting to explore further.

@@DreadsUKdotcom Here are both verses from the King James Version which @PercyLongshaft probably read:
7 Her Nazarites were purer than snow, they were whiter than milk, they were more ruddy in body than rubies, their polishing was of sapphire:
8 Their visage is blacker than a coal; they are not known in the streets: their skin cleaveth to their bones; it is withered, it is become like a stick.
I don't think either verse is speaking of actual physical attributes and not even hair. If you do take these verses as speaking of appearance, then it has to be admitted that the parts referring to actual appearance do not suggest people with pale skin or rather Europeans, nor the current Israeli who seem to be of Turkish descent. Ruddy in body is in no way European, nor can one be ruddy in body while being whiter than snow; so clearly the whiter than snow does not mean appearance as this was seen as strange to the eye such that Hebrew Moses' arm turning white as snow was seen as a miracle in Exodus 4:6. How is that a miracle if being white as snow as Lamentations implies is the color of the Hebrew originally?
Ruddy in body is not even the color of the people who are presently occupying the land who are called Israeli (Ashkenazi Jews). It is the color of many Palestinians, and Ethiopians who claim to be native Jews. Look at Yassar Arafat, and the so-called Beta Israeli. Dread locks or locks as the Bible suggests is an Afro-Asiatic thing. Either way, the ambiguity of meaning is why I wouldn't take Lamentations seriously about appearance of the people, nor of their hair.
On locks, you probably mentioned it in your talk, but it is found in Bamidbar (Numbers) 6:5 of the Hebrew Bible. Lately that verse is translated to English as letting the hair grow long; probably to distance that verse from a clear ethnicity that's not European. However, the Jews translate that verse as letting the 'locks' grow for the Nazrite. Dread locks as they are now called are clearly an African, and Hindu thing. You can look at ancient Egyptian, and Hindu drawings to see people wearing locks all over the place. Northern Asians, and Northern Europeans braided or curled their hair into 'locks.' Many Southern Europeans have very curly hair tending towards African hair like Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Vanessa Ferlito, Melina Eleni Kanakaredes, but Southern Europeans have no culture of 'locks' in the hair. The point is, no matter how many opinion based Euro-centric videos are made to the contrary, historically locks are an Afro-Hindu thing.
