Dr. Malkowski we will explain the pros and cons of the complementary methodologies employed in the GI360. Providing a beneficial overview of each section of the report, Dr. Malkowski will begin with analysis of microbiome abundance and diversity, including the novel Functional Guilds, Diversity Score and Dysbiosis Index.
