I can see what she means by saying that. Bc apparently she lost her virginity to her husband whom she met while filming Friends. Whereas Phoebe, in the second half of the series, was rather promiscuous, and her sexual appetite was often a source for comedy. Plus, Lisa hates singing in front of people.

Anyone who hasn't listened to the podcast episode with Lisa Kudrow should. It was like a love letter in how sweet and authentic the emotions expressed were, but there was zero awkwardness because it doesn't negate or belittle their spouses. It's just genuine adoration for, and appreciation for knowing each other. And funny, obviously.

She is right. When it hurts in training then something is wrong. Bad personal trainers cause injuries. But they keep physiotherapists busy.
I don't know if you're the kind of person who works out but I can assure you it hurts, if you have a way that I can get into shape with no pain then lmk
Depends on the type of pain. Some pains you have to push through. Otherwise, you will never improve.
@@noxteryn pain and hurt is two different things. She was talking about actual pain and so was i. And people have different kinds of tresholds fir pain akso. But in the wnd of the day, you should listen to your body when you train. You are the only one who can feel how it effects, not the trainers. And you can get results without pain also. Maybe not in a professional stage, but in normal everyday life.
Bad trainers don't do pre workout prep to warm-up and they get many people injured doing the simplest exercises.
She has one of the best laughs to ever be heard by human ears.

Honestly, Lisa's appearance on the podcast was much better than this.
She feels pain because her muscles are WEAK! She has to endure through this initial body recomposition to strengthen her lose flabby joints and skeletal muscles and then after that she will be able to bear through it. If it feels too painful then it means you have a slower start than others and should do lower intensity and lighter work outs to build up some strength first. Conan said exactly what was on everyone's mind and had been on his mind the whole conversation LOL he let it out before his gets anxious keeping it in what a legend.
Yesss! She reminds me of some clients who just start off after years of not working out and are sore and become really worried. That's just how it is in the beginning. Also, as you age, your recovery slows.
