Hi Coros. I have a problem with my coros brazalete. It lose the connection while running and the green light goes off and when I take off it goes on again.

The HR monitor would need to be connected to bluetooth that accepts heart rate data. For example, you can connect it to your phones bluetooth and use Stravas run mode and the HR data will show there (without using a watch)

Hi there! It is possible as long as it's in activity mode. For example, in an activity using Strava or another app and the HRM is connected to your phones bluetooth.
@@COROSGlobal Thank you. Unfortunately, Coros (via email) told me the contrary: that it is impossible to use it without a watch. So I returned the armband :(
New to the heart rate monitors, so might be a silly question but can I use the heart rate monitor without being connected to my coros watch and will it update my data from activity after? I use my coros for running and other daily activities but while playing sports bc it gets in the way. So looking for something to track HR and other things without wearing my watch?

How do we know when it connects to a non Coros watch ? If my watch already has a heart rate monitor on it how do I know the Coros is connected to it ? How do I know what heart rate the watch is showing ! EXPLAIN !

Hey Orlando, the COROS Heart Rate Monitor connects to any device that receives HR Data, so it should connect with the Honor Magic Watch 2. I suggest reaching out to support@coros.com and our support team can assist in trouble shooting.
The strap is a joke. It is painful to wear.
