Just wondering if your storage set up changed? Do you keep your cakes at a specific humidity level?
nothing really changed, I kept them in a box covered in paper and the box was in a cupboard. Humidity is just normal 60%
Mold is the enemy for every tea cake collector ! 🤬
at my other place it was all good, here I had a mini biosphere developing on them :D
