This was so amazing, also when the dancers completely lost it at the sound of their pointe shoes on the bubble wrap just shows that not everything about ballet is serious.
@@katbegic4737 I'm Australian and I definitely grew up saying aitch, then I got to school and everyone else said haitch and I felt like the odd one out 😂 Now I use either - I feel like haitch is easier to hear so if I'm on the phone or spelling something out I'll always say it.
@@katbegic4737 I work with the public and they often have to spell their names for me. I would say a majority say aitch, as do I, but plenty say haitch, Maybe it depends on the demographic of people you interact with.

I love this… it’s truly AWESOME!!!! And as a lover of 🩰, we do hard core. Sadly I never made it as a ballet dancer, but I’m so immensely proud of The Australian Ballet and The Queensland Ballet!!! 🇦🇺🦘
Don’t apologize for the shot being out of focus! I didn’t even notice, I was watching the corner with the content from the Aussie ballet like Josephine was. Didn’t even notice she was out of focus 😂
Kidding me…have you just found this?! It’s fab and clever…loved this when it came out. Aussie Ballet are so stunning…such a shame they no longer tour New Zealand.
They're a high energy snack. Lots of protein, and fat, but don't be scared of fat! You'll quickly burn it off in class. Your body needs fat, and the right kind of them, so instead of a bag of chips or a chocolate bar for that energy boost, have a half of an avocado on RussianRye toast, for example. Stay far, far away from processed foods!
This is a video from a few years back, unfortunately they don’t do these sort of super fun and wonderfully shot promotional videos anymore…I still love the ballet obstacle course video the most 😊

I was waiting for “TOES” for T!! #MissedOpportunity 😂
Yes, “haitch” and also the last letter is “zed.”
Thanks! This was both fun and lovely.
In New Zealand we say “zed” but just “aitch” no “h”.
Not true, many (if not most) Australians say "aitch" though a lot do say "haitch". Zed is correct.
I’m Australian and I’ve never heard anyone in real life say ‘aitch’ to the point I thought ‘aitch’ was an American thing

Daughter got into the Australian Ballet school and it was hard, but she had the best support ever.
Yes. The UK also says HAYTCH. 😂 Drives me bananas, even after 20 years living here!
The UK absoloutely does _not_ say "haytch"! The word is spelled aitch - how does anyone pronounce that with a leading 'huh' sound?
@@decodolly1535the Irish! And in NI you can tell what side you were born on so to speak based on how you say H

Please do a collab with Claudia Dean and with the Australian Ballet
Beautifully done!
thats a work of art
We say Aitch or Haitch in Aus (and the UK).
So a lot of dancers in the Aussie ballet school and company now wear Freeds. We're forever waiting for their orders to come in!!
Shoes are so hard to get now. Ever since Covid and Ukraine Russia war
That was very cool, and entertaining! It makes me love dance even more!🙂
I loved it! Now... Alvin Ailey, ABT, all the troupes! 😃
Bubble wrap class was a yearly tradition for every class at my studio! The last class before Christmas break❤
Loved this!
Love!!
Aussies definitely do NOT say zeeeee for the letter Z. We say ZED. It was a great representation for Australia, right up to zeeeee
Damn, that was awesome!!
fabulous!😊
I've been waiting months for Josephine to react to this video!!! I'm so happy, I wanted to see her reaction.🥰
I have participated in some Australian Ballet research as an adult amateur ballet dancer.

That was awesome.
Are these the guys who did the ballet obstacle course? That's an amazing video!

The commentator sounds English apart from the zee pronunciation
It’s just a standard Aussie city accent. Most Aussie accents on tv are exaggerated/bogan/rural.
React to more men on pointe please😊
They could’ve put “ballet” for another B
