10:35 There was a multiroute. At 13:00 either go top and enter yellow pipe or go right like Thab and enter red pipe. Fair level.
13:32 Fake dev route at start - hit hidden blocks near left side of the screen and climb up. At top there were 2 doors, both leading to doors seen at 13:47 (possible death doors). Fair level I guess (assuming you wont die via fake dev doors).
15:24 Nothing hidden, fair level.
17:18 Hidden block near right wall at 18:09 allowing to get necessary 10 coin. Another hidden blocks at 18:16. Not fully fair level.

Note: I don't judge if level is hard or well made. I simply check if creator added or used something not necessarily hidden that was meant to make the level easier for him or harder for the player. This is the only factor I check when rating if level is fair or not.

I wonder if that level's title, "Yo-kaizo", was a weird Japanese play on words, even though the creator isn't Japanese (as far as we know, anyway). In Japanese, there's this word 妖怪 (Yōkai) that means basically ghost (or, rather, a type of supernatural entity), and this level uses Boo Rings as obstacles a bunch. So is this a Ghost Kaizo? Additional supporting evidence is that they put Nyan in their name, which is the Japanese word for Meow. So, yes, Nyancat means Meow-kitty.
