Can't argue against a no mana build, when you live in the jungle. Constant Q poke and CDR'd shroom zoning as a support requires tons of mana

Been doing dark harvest teemo more. Top lane. Take cut down and the haste rune in precision too. Rushing shadowflame.
Cut down gets them to 50 quicker, then dark harvest will bump them closer to 35%, then you crit with shadow flame. You can go super shroom focused and get maligma, or you can play it more like classic teemo and get nashors and liandries next too.
