A way to circumvent spawns in a basalt delta (so you don’t have to deal with the hassle of a Treasure room bastion) is to use the nether roof (go to Y 127 in your desired spot and throw an enderpearl at the roof block’s edge where it meets the Y 126 block) as you get stacks upon stacks of Froglights in minutes with the right farm.

If you use slimes you can attract them - if there are any spawning in the biome. Should be in the old and new swamp. He said other locations in the video

I think the process was created with fireflies in mind but they ditched the fireflies last minute

I like frog lights but this is too much effort just for some lights when I can just use trees for torches
My closest treasure room was so far. So i got each type of frog at my house and then made a railway in the Nether to get themto the farm.

Not sure why, but some of my 50 installed datapacks prevents frogs from making froglights.
Delete one datapack at a time and see whether if anything changes. Hopefully that will fix the problem.
