i felt like i was going crazy when other reactors said they didn't get gh choosing hs. i know gh's been confusing and untrustworthy during most of the season but i also felt like there were so many points where it was pretty obvious he liked her the most. and it's even crazier that people can see the bonfire scene and the conversation they had after it and still not realize the effect she had on him. he started tearing up when she went cold on him and then straight up cried when he saw her crying like it was so obvious. it's also so funny how he lets out a breath of relief when hs finally stands up in front of him in the end. anyway this was a fun reaction that didn't leave me feeling frustrated like other reactions i watched lol thank you.
I saw a korean saying that subtitles didn't make justice to Gyuri's tone and choose of words, it was so scary that she sounded like a bully, and wouldn't be surprised if she actually had problematic school days. That's kinda crazy tbh, I was so uncomfortable with that scene... We saw his genuine self when he was with Hyeseon and it’s apparent when he cried! And gotta love a queen who stood her ground and who knows her value. Apparently gwanghee is rich rich off of his career and family and some said that hajeong and minji knew who he was, and hajeong mightve been a fan and liked his pic in 2021. So I really can understand why he keeps asking questions and be confused about his choices. He's 36 I'm sure he wanna settle for something serious rather than someone who knows he's famous and rich. I'm not sure to what extent the hajeong and minji info is correct but either way he's famous and rich I assume he's gotta be cautious in his life. This is the most adorable and agreeable reaction about the ending. Everyone likes to make Gwanhee a villian but I find him more frustrating than someone to hate and call a red flag. You can see how jealous he was with Won-ik and because of that his insecurities crept in and lost his mind abit there. lol He was totally in love with HS from the very beginning but his annoying coconut head just couldn't sort out his feelings. He would rather go for someone who gave him the most assurance that she was into her than following what he truly felt. Gwan Hee ignoring Minji in that helicopter was probably the only right thing he's done this entire season. Like i know it was probably just because Minji chose Min Kyu instead of Jin Seok but girl, have a little respect for Hye Seon. In Gwanhee pov, he's asking Minji if she's sincere probably because he had experienced on ladies jumping onto him shortly after meeting declaring their love but it could be just be face value in his view hence he keeps questioning Minji even though she does all the "you're the only one". As for Hyeseon she was at an advantage because they spent the most time together in this short 9 days. The ending speech is probably because he's going for hardcore training after the show, also Hyeson had to continue her studies overseas.
Gyuri really disappointed me. Why are you telling him what to do and then get upset when he doesn’t follow your instructions. Is she his mother? No. He’s 24 he has the right to decide what he wants to do. And she can’t be speaking if in the beginning of the episode she was confused between Minkyu and Minwoo. She had no right to be upset if she was confused between the two.
Actually men don't cry for girls whom they dont choose. Men go weak in front of the girls whom they like. Ideal type doesn't mean i have feelings for that person. It was very evident that gwanhee liked hyseon. He choose minji for paradise for revenge to set things on order...not because he had feelings for minji. Minji was a backup plan not hyseon. Minji cried but gwanhee never knew though he was sitting next to her. But hyseon used to cry alone...and only he knew this. He paid attention to the girl he was interested into.

To be totally honest, the only couple I actually believe to be dating afterwards is Sieun and Minwoo but maybe someone will surprise me. I knew it was Hyeseon when he cried at the campfire, and the hosts told “he cried because she did”, with her responses he realized she has given up and then he has lost her. In the jacuzzi she literally said that if he chooses someone else and if he calls her after, she’ll say No and block him. I think they talked about her going abroad for studying, so that’s why he said those final things
GH's speech to HS was because they talked about the future and she'll be away for school. You could tell she knew what he was talking about. I still maintain that GH wanted MJ to go with JS bc JS actually liked MJ (he said as much), and it would be easier for him to make his decision bc he knew that the trip w HS would take him away from MJ. The trip w MQ was just a friendship trip. I'm happy for the two couples that look like they are still together Seon & MW (they are so outfront with there ship) and HS & GW ( who are little secretive, but leave crumbs for all the instagram investigators).
I totally agree with you about Gyuri because I've been thinking the same thing. She also acknowledged it and already apologized in her ig post. Gwanhee is just confusing and frustrating until the end, but after thinking for some time I think I can also understand why he acted that way. Thinking about it from a pro- athletes' perspective, it's not odd to question if someone really likes you for you or wants fame and money by being with you. Who knows? Most people would be able to determine that through observing someone's character, but that's hard to do in 7 days. I'm glad that Gwanhee realised he had been a jerk the whole week. Here's hoping he's not like this in real life and was hamming it up for the cameras. He did say he would entertain us during the show intro and we were entertained!

I'm so happy for Gwanhee and HS, I think they both liked each other, were attracted to each other and had an emotional connection. Gwanhee was frustrating and said some questionable things at times. I wonder if it was just entertaiment! He clearly struggles sometimes to phrase his thoughts, and has issues he needs to fix when approaching a relationship. I like that he is honest and I do think he is a warm-hearted person. He has great frienship with all the guys in SI3. I hope he apologized to Minji because he did lead her on.

This is the most adorable and agreeable reaction about the ending. Everyone likes to make Gwanhee a villian but I find him more frustrating than someone to hate and call a red flag. You can see how jealous he was with Won-ik and because of that his insecurities crept in and lost his mind abit there. lol He was totally in love with HS from the very beginning but his annoying coconut head just couldn't sort out his feelings. He would rather go for someone who gave him the most assurance that she was into her than following what he truly felt.
I'm so glad that HS stood up for herself during the bonfire because that was a massive wakeup call. I guess that he realized that if he continued with his shenanigans, he would totally lose her. He was a good, kindhearted person though. The panel just misinterpreted some of his action and swayed the public's opinion like when he said HS was wife material. what's wrong with finding someone wife material? It's not like he said Minji wasn't.
AND THAT NOD THEY SHARED AT THE END. I don't know why anyone hasn't picked up on that. Its like HS and GH already made up THEIR minds that they are going with each other. HS already knew that she would get picked which was why GH was so confident with saying take care when she eventually studies abroad.
The panels reaction to GH calling HS wife material tickled me so much. The panel usually gets excited about statements like that, but but the women on the panel were tired of GH and the back and forth. I do think at times the panel and the world misunderstood GH, but in that moment they were just tired. I kinda rocked w GH, but at that moment, I was tired, too.

@@abikyy i did lol. I haven't watched season 1 and 2 so i was so curious. I didn't watch everything on my rewatch just the parts that I was confused. I tend to analyze peoples actions when watching reality tv. I was so intrigued by Gwanhee and why he acted the way he did.

Wondering why did Gwan Hee said that speech made it seems like he will not choose Hye Seon? simply because Gwan Hee knows that Hye Seon will be going to the UK to finish her Masters, technically Gwan Hee is not with Hye Seon. But there are rumors surrounding that they are still together and dating, same goes with Min Woo and Si Eun. Basically two couples from the show are probably still together. Love your reaction, I am also happy that GH chose HS, because I can really tell ever since the beginning that GH is head over heels on HS, no doubt about that not a single bit. 😊
Gwan Hee ignoring Minji in that helicopter was probably the only right thing he's done this entire season. Like i know it was probably just because Minji chose Min Kyu instead of Jin Seok but girl, have a little respect for Hye Seon. Also even though i do think Gwan Hee genuinely likes Hye Seon, he really needs to work on himself because his behavior was just not it. Ha Bin was just on vacay.Gyu Ri was just so hypocritical. In Gwanhee pov, he's asking Minji if she's sincere probably because he had experienced on ladies jumping onto him shortly after meeting declaring their love but it could be just be face value in his view hence he keeps questioning Minji even though she does all the "you're the only one". As for Hyeseon she was at an advantage because they spent the most time together in this short 9 days. The ending speech is probably because he's going for hardcore training after the show, also Hyeson had to continue her studies overseas.
Gyuri really disappointed me. Why are you telling him what to do and then get upset when he doesn’t follow your instructions. Is she his mother? No. He’s 24 he has the right to decide what he wants to do. And she can’t be speaking if in the beginning of the episode she was confused between Minkyu and Minwoo. She had no right to be upset if she was confused between the two.
Actually men don't cry for girls whom they dont choose. Men go weak in front of the girls whom they like. Ideal type doesn't mean i have feelings for that person. It was very evident that gwanhee liked hyseon. He choose minji for paradise for revenge to set things on order...not because he had feelings for minji. Minji was a backup plan not hyseon. Minji cried but gwanhee never knew though he was sitting next to her. But hyseon used to cry alone...and only he knew this. He paid attention to the girl he was interested into.

I'm so glad I got to watch your reaction right away. I felt pretty much the same as you about everyone. To be totally honest, the only couple I actually believe to be dating afterwards is Sieun and Minwoo but maybe someone will surprise me. Just like you, they were also my favorite couple and I thought it was great they managed to connect with each other without knowing each other's personal backgrounds which I guess is a little the purpose of Inferno. I definitely approve of Gwanhee's final choice too and was just as surprised. I'm guessing what he was saying was "You'll be fine without me. But please let me be by your side even if you don't need me." Or maybe that's just the hopeful romantic in me speaking.

GH's speech to HS was because they talked about the future and she'll be away for school. You could tell she knew what he was talking about. I still maintain that GH wanted MJ to go with JS bc JS actually liked MJ (he said as much), and it would be easier for him to make his decision bc he knew that the trip w HS would take him away from MJ. The trip w MQ was just a friendship trip. I'm happy for the two couples that look like they are still together Seon & MW (they are so outfront with there ship) and HS & GW ( who are little secretive, but leave crumbs for all the instagram investigators).
I totally agree with you about Gyuri because I've been thinking the same thing. She also acknowledged it and already apologized in her ig post.
Gwanhee is just confusing and frustrating until the end, but after thinking for some time I think I can also understand why he acted that way. It seems to me like he was genuinely looking for a partner in this show, like what the panelists said, that's why he keeps on asking for assurance. I'm glad that he finally realized and chose the one who he really likes in the end instead of going after someone because she's his 'ideal type'.
Out of all the final couples, I think Hyeseon-Gwanhee and Sieun-Minwoo are the only ones I can see that will last long.

I honestly think GH talked to HS the other night, about how he's going to give drama & suspense to the audience by giving that speech to HS like he's not gonna choose her coz when he gave that speech Hyeseon was giving the smile of "i know what you're doing" smile and after GH chose HS, while walking away, HS told GH that he's ridiculous and laughed at it.
People saying, GH gave that speech bcs of HS studying abroad but that seriously doesn't make sense.
So far youre the only creator that i enjoy in terms of singles infernos reaction. At least you acknowledge gwanhee's redemption on the very last arc. Also you focus on the little detai,l yes hes frustrating and whatsoever but he deep down he definitely a softie.

gwanhee gave hyeseon that speech cause he knew she was leaving for the UK after SI3 filming to finish her masters degree… it’s pretty obvious the show has edited out a lot of their deeper conversations together which is why some viewers feel like we don’t get why or how hyeseon and gwanhee has such deep emotional connection… a man wouldn’t just cry after seeing a girl cry.. he cried because he saw hyeseon crying and that hurts him and affected his feelings. this shows that gwanhee subconsciously has very deep emotions and connection for hyeseon and whenever won ik was close to hyeseon, it also affected him to the point he doesn’t let it go… but tbh, hyeseon is too good for GH. at least based on the final cuts of the show. but only they truly know and see each other’s qualities! 💚
Thinking about it from a pro- athletes' perspective, it's not odd to question if someone really likes you for you or wants fame and money by being with you. Who knows? Most people would be able to determine that through observing someone's character, but that's hard to do in 7 days. I'm glad that Gwanhee realised he had been a jerk the whole week. Here's hoping he's not like this in real life and was hamming it up for the cameras. He did say he would entertain us during the show intro and we were entertained!

I'm so happy for Gwanhee and HS, I think they both liked each other, were attracted to each other and had an emotional connection. Gwanhee was frustrating and said some questionable things at times. I wonder if it was just entertaiment! He clearly struggles sometimes to phrase his thoughts, and has issues he needs to fix when approaching a relationship. I like that he is honest and I do think he is a warm-hearted person. He has great frienship with all the guys in SI3. I hope he apologized to Minji because he did lead her on.
