As you mentioned for a big bakery, they would have different section for cooking and packaging for instance, how then would they handle it through erpnext?

Good explanation. But I have few questions. Does it supports SEMI-FINISHED goods inventory?
    1. In foam manufacturing industry, they produce BLOCKS of foam through a BOM.
    2. Then each block is cut into different semi-finished products like sheets, matteresses etc., so in this case BOM will not work. A list of produced products is entered. COST of the block is transferred to these foam products based on their volume. And some scrap is also produced.
    3. Then their is a branding process, where semi-finished goods are covered with brand. And finished product is produced.
Will ERPNext handle all this? Another question is, does Average costing method works with this type of manufacturing?

Can you please guide about the production without any raw material? as in our industry, we just work on the fields with rental machines and produce the finished item through 5 to 6 different steps.
It'll be great if you can make a video related to this or please check my email as i'm waiting for your kind response related to the training.

can you explain. Without any raw material what are you manufacturing.
I think you must consider consider your business as rental.
