How about the sea port
The gutters should be covered with slabs and used as pedestrian sidewalks - with small holes by the side of the slabs to let rain water go into the gutters. That's how roads are done in the civilized world. Igbo Governors should stop constructing primitive roads for our people

I am from Abia State, it my submission that we should stop hyping and celebrating substandard projects but task the Government on quality. A good designed road should have covered drain with sidewalk.

Why all the roads are one lane in a state capital? El Rufai dualized all the Roads in Kaduna city. Let Otiti go to Kaduna, Lagos and Kano to learn how yo fix projects.

Go and sit down, is ABA the state capital, second did elrufai dualised roads inside streets, you don't know what is street roads and major roads, do you know how many major roads he has dualised and working on them, porthercourt road he's working on is 6 lane, many 4 lanes is still going on.
