there is just something about the way you play that can take the soul to a place of peace and serenity. When I am feeling weary and stressed from daily life, I have but to listen to you play Gabriella and suddenly life is transformed and I feel like I can just stop and breathe again. You play with such feeling and yes it is obvious you are quite skilled at the guitar but it goes deeper than that. I also play guitar and have most all of my life and like you I'm a feel player. Not trying to take away from your enjoyment of the song, but she did post a gear video a while ago that shows all the mics and a few pedals she uses to record these pieces. When you see a video like this, you can pretty much be assured that the audio of the track was recorded separately from the video itself, using some really good mics, into a digital audio workstation (DAW). She isn't just playing "live" for the video. For me this doesn't take away from my enjoyment, but you should probably know.
@@davereichert I know what a DAW and good mics are lol - and obviously there was SOME equipment used. Trust me I know more about recording than you do. Doesn't detract from my original statement. Most modern musicians flood their tone because they don't have a good core tone. Her core tone is great for Taylor. I wish I could give her my Brazilian back and sides Bourgeois I think that would go the distance for her.
