Yeah, this will get plead down to something minor where she does community service and keeps her job. Years ago, in my state one of the reps mowed down a pedestrian while drving drunk one night, killed the man. He pleaded it down to something like reckless driving and got 2 years probation or something. Kept his job. He had even went as far as to get his car fixed the next day before they figured out how had killed the man.
We will have to dish out justice. The police protect these people.

However, I read her statement from her CT Democrat House reps, and she uses words that I remember using as an addict. I am sorry, but calling it a disease was an actual defense that helped me justify at least another 2 years of drinking that I should have never done. She needs to own up and take full personal responsibility. And I really hope she gets the same sentencing as her constituents. That would be justice.

Reminds me of the time I was in the army, we had this 1 NCO who would give the weekly safety briefs every Friday. The only person to get a DUI in my platoon ended up being that NCO and in the end he was still the one that kept giving safety briefs.

There was a young woman stopped for a driving infraction (which didn't happen) The cop had the CO come and get her to lock her up. As they went to the lockup the CO told her she had to take a test. She said she just did and the cop threw it away and said she was drunk. The CO went to the room the test was done in and in the trash was her passing test. People have been arrested for drugs because DOUGHNUT GLAZING tested positive for drugs . A study done by the DOJ found that drugs dogs are only 40% right when they get a hit. COPS LIE
