Uhh... that picture is really funny, even at rest you wouldn’t have your arm to hold the bow on that side of the cord, and it looks like she’s putting an arrow on wich makes it even worse. How is she supposed to get in a position to draw the bow from that XD
My thoughts exactly. Maybe the artist can't figure out hands very well... just rotate arm slightly and turn the hand round so thumb is pointing left and the posture makes sense again.
