How old are you? Maybe I can help with your acne. Try to not eat any dairy products for three weeks and see if your skin changes. For me I realized that I get acne when I eat dairy.

Not trying to be rude but acne isn't just about the way it looks it's painful and itchy as well it effects so many people's mental health and telling people to shut up about it when all they want to do is make them selves feel better isn't okay. It's not about wanting to look good for other people but your self and if they want to talk about their struggles with acne they can.
