Ghost Kitchens as a concept should work well in these situations (there’s lots here in London) - it’s hard but one has to admit that oversights concerning quality come down to a lack of company ownership’s engagement with produce supply chains and workers. If you’re not serious about food - why are you making it? Jimmy sells himself as an every man’s man (not a snob blah blah blah) but at the end of the day discernment and care is required to make a good product and sustainable brand in the food industry. As much as he may have been let down… why was no one doing site checks and checking the product for quality and consistency?

And you are right, Mr Beast himself nor ghost kitchens as a concept are the issue here, the bigger concern is the lack of regulation and housekeeping on the laws around this new platform. It’s incredible that these businesses can conduct trade while flying under the radar and the customer (and possibly their health) suffers at the end of the day.
