    Great video with a powerful last sentence. We really don't know what kind of world we will live in years from now, but do we have the skills to succeed? A lot of those skills are non-cognitive. Can we work well with others, are we self-motivated, are we self-reflective? I hope as teachers we are developing these skills in our students.

    Re: "Exhibit Night:"
    But I do not want my students to simply perform job-like tasks. I want them to read a poem and cry for its beauty.
