Grilled peanut butter and jelly now that is some good stuff! Especially with strawberry jam! Grilled in lots and lots of butter. One bite and all the melted goodness start oozing out. Comfort food. I didn't think many people preferred it that way.
That looks amazing. I don't know why more American fast food restaurants don't use wrappers like that for burger and tacos. How convenient. Nothing falls out or drips on you.
It's not cabbage used, though you could use. It's Japanese radish, which is white & can be eaten raw. The brown sauce is either soy, teriyaki or hoisin, along with mayo. Any could be used. Just like any kind of cheese or even honey mustard can be used.
But the bacon is not cooked! I don't know if you ever had parasites from uncooked pork but I think twice about eating that sandwich it sure look good right up until then

Korean street food best in the world, from what I have seen. Taking influences from all cultures, Indian, Chinese, Amercian,,, and taking it to another level. I guess fact that one vendor concetrates on one product is win win situation for all

the most unique part of Korean street food versus other Asian countries is the Korean love of Bread. It's rare to find so many bread related items in Japan or Taiwan, but they are everywhere in Korea.
I used to work at Sonic Drive-in, a fast food restaurant in the US. We would run two slices of bread through the bun toaster (buttered/oiled on one side) and when they came out throw 3 slices of cheese on the grill. Pick up the melted cheese with the bread, assemble, and done.
