I swear this is the 2d fighting I ever seen with all these dragon ball level stuff. The long full blast, the energy gathering, the combo that can connect with the cool animated multi-hit supers, and the supers the hit you flying up and down. Also I especially like how he got stuck in the rock after getting hit by the super fireball. I never seen such amazing balance of playability of a normal 2d fighting along with great flexibility of combo and supers. A lot of the crazy editions screwed up the game play and still doesn't even look have as cool!
Damn, even up to now, MUGEN is still relevant. SO glad it's come such a long way. For those of you who never heard of MUGEN, it'll change your outlook on fighting games. Think of it like RPG Maker, but for fighting games

It needs the typical stun meter where the special meter is and the special meter should be in its usual location as it feels a little cluttered directly under the health bars imo. Only other thing is the damage needs to be boosted like 2x for these characters. Both of these guys are meant to be pure glass cannons. If their 20 hit supers do that little against each other I can't imagine how many hits it will take to bring down zangief.
Totally agree & the original company would NEVER have thought to make a street fighter game like this! Definitely make SF6 look like the waste of that it is!
Interesting to see the difference between regular Akuma, Ryu vs evil Akuma, shin Ryu. The special moves are more dramatic and intense. The standard moves seem to have new advantages as well. Cool vid.
Why can't Vs games be more like this ? The last SG game for PS4 was slow and the 3d aspect was unnecessary. This game right here, is the best 2d Vs game I've seen years since pS2, the fighting engine and Mechanics are AMAZING!!!!!!! I need this game I'm my life

I just watched this video it's amazing I wish I had an 85" LED TV and to my 2 master joystick controllers back in 1997 in my house I would have blown people away on people away because 3rd strike compared to this it's a child's game

All the characters are like that .... basically all the health bars are twice the size..I like it .and 3 outta 5 instead of 2 of 3...more epic
