Sir , the first transverse osteotomy which u have explained in it , should it be parallel to the joint line or perpendicular to the anatomical axis of the proximal segment of humerus?

yes once osteotomy heals, go for physiotherapy and then get back to gym in 3-4 months.

No need of aluminium foil
Apply trigonometry.then u get the lenght of bone to be removed .
