On January 2014, The USCIS Vermont approved my Form I-360(VAWA)...I have two appeals Form I-290b for my revoked Form I-360 and Denied Form I-918(U visa)....my appeal was transferred to the AAO office on September 25th, 2017....on January 18th, 2018 the AAO updated both of my case numbers on the website saying, “My case has been reopened to reconsider their earlier decision “....but till date I haven’t received any decision on both of my appeals still pending with the AAO...I need help pls

My wife who is citizen is requesting my green card, we finish the process and now we are at NVC we already send all the papers but we did not include my passport so we send it like 2 weeks a go, we did not have any mail that inform me about my appointment at the embassy (El Salvador), how long you think I have to wait for my appointment? What if you been 6 years Long Distance relationship but the Spouse have a visa and she or he travels once a year to see each other, and also the citizen go overseas to see his or her spouse can those flight tickets, or money orders be used as evidence of the relationship?
Marriage base green card interview applies only to married people living in the USA. Your spouse will have to file for you in your country and you do your interview at the embassy in your country.
I'm glad I came across your channel. I'm a citizen and my husband is in Ghana. He just had a interview on 11/27/18 and was denied due to them considering him a public charge. The interviewer told him I didn't make enough money. I was not the only sponsor for him and he had upset bank statements showing that my business brings in $5-6000 + every month. He said the man wouldn't even look at the papers he told him from what your wife sent the NVC the first time she doesn't make enough to sponsor you I have to refuse your Visa. Can we appeal the decision
What if someone came to the USA and didn't love the USA citizen they marriage. However; they told immigration and the USA citizen they did love the USA citizen and got a Green Card. After less than one year in the marriage the green card holder told the USA citizen they didn't want the marriage any more and left the USA citizen and moved out and got another place to live?
