I love how they removed mana from Thana, because his real casting resource always was health. Wouldn’t make a big difference for experienced players, but for new players it’s a good indicator of what to build and how to manage resources

Tell Prince Frogery that you're proud of him. As a smite addict, he'll do anything he can to avoid this fate and that includes his frogerly duties. My child was burdened much the same and I had attempted this trickery and he magically came out of his shell and became almost unrecognisable.

Fun fact, cernenos’s 1 can stack hecate’s 2 for each season switch, for example if I were to switch my season/stance 3 times then Hecate would get 3 stacks on her 2. I believe this goes without saying but this is a duo lane made in hel (hehe funny god pun)
1:49 I do like how they literally copy/pasted flash from lol…. It’s wayyyy better like this than it was in smite1 where you had to be out of combat for 3 seconds but it had a shorter cd…. It’s way better with the higher cd’s but better usefulness.
I like the interact mechanic strictly for god kit design. Like hecate interacting with structures and allies is so cool. But I wish the warhorn wasnt an interactable. It should definitely be like the capture point in midlane in s1. Where you capture it by standing in the circle.

Really not liking the low fps in the public test my specs 4070ti super, 32gb DDR5, i7-14700k, Samsung 990pro 2TB SSD, 150fps on low settings when I go to medium it drops 😢 really hoping smite 2 gets graphics card updates or at least nvidia GeForce support. I’ve heard others say the game will be more optimized later with better graphics support really hoping they can optimize the fps issues for all of us.

Not dumb at all! Thanatos has no mana and doesn't use it in SMITE 2.

This game looks terrible. I've played smite since beta and I pre ordered the $100 smite 2 to show support. But tbh no part of me is interested in playing this vs smite 1. Seems like a bad play experience compared to smite

The reason the game has a lesser playing experience than s1 is because one of those games has been in development for 10+ years and the other is a new game. smite 1 in beta was a bad playing experience compared to current smite 1's playing experience. Hirez is testing the barebones of the alpha. Most dev teams dont even open up alphas to consumers because to be honest consumers are the dumbest people on the planet and expect a finished game in an alpha. Which is a mistake on hirez's part, they should have kept these alpha tests in-house, they trusted their fans to be smart and we all know how smart the average smite player is. The game will get better over time and hirez is only testing if the game functions at a basic level and for some reason people dont understand that.
I wouldn’t be interested in playing it either seeing as how there’s 100 less gods to choose from and nowhere near ready for release.. obviously
