Hey quin new subscriber i recently moved to texas a month ago from utah just started searching through 1,000 dollars in pennies and found 10 indian head cents all in the decade 1890s.
Hey Quin, do you know if the 2024 nickels and dimes are actually going to be low minted? I haven't found a single one in my area and I was starting to wonder 😂
I was at a coin show not too long ago and asked one of the veteran dealers what he thinks of cointubers. He said they're great for the hobby but one thing that baffles him is the almost universal tendency to say "Denver" and "Philadelphia" instead of simply P & D, the way it is in coin books and, in his own words, "on the frickin' coin!" lol He said he rolls his eyes when someone asks for a 1914 Denver penny or a 1909 San Francisco VDB. That's so clunky.
Lol yeah, I just like to say it all because there are a lot of new collectors watching at all times and if you don't say the full thing, you end up getting a lot of questions about "What does D mean?" etc.
You should be looking for the 1996W dime and the 2020W nickel as well. Super hard to find. But they are out there. Awesome hunt. Really enjoy your vids.
@@justinabaird5042 They only minted 2 million of each coin. An average silver quarter goes for about 20 to 25 times face value or about $5 each. A W quarter in really good condition goes for more then double that. About $10 to $20.
A Penny roll is $0.50 A Nickel roll is $2.00 A Dime roll is $5.00 A Quarter roll is $10.00 A Half-Dollar roll is also $10.00 A Dollar Coin roll is $25.00 The sum of the values is $52.50 Multiply by 10, and you get $525.00, NOT $500.00. You may be the most authentic Coin Roll Hunter on RUclips, but I'd recommend proofreading the math. 😅
Lol I knew it added up to $525, but I $500 is a nice round number and I didn't figure anyone would be upset about me under-selling the amount searched :D
Thanks for the quick lesson. Hi my name is Ernest. 1st time here, i am looking forward to being part of your channel. New subscriber
I also got a wheatie today in change, so surprised, not seeing much in KS.

Always great for a new update!
First and I love your coin hunting videos

Well, he said a lot of times that you want to keep them, but no one really knows yet, let’s wait until 2025 to see

I knew about the 2020 W but not the 96 W thank you, also the 2019 W is another to look out for but I'm sure you know that
@@RhinoCringe yeah, I forgot to mention that one. I have 2 of the 3 2019w cents. The proof has eluded me so far. Nice catch.
Love your videos
I heard there was an error on the bicentennial quarter??
Where do you get your collection books?
12:12 if you still have that dime, it looks like it has a delamination error, or the die was near the end of its use
Imagine how many games of Space Invaders that 1972 quarter played back in the day.
I only search rolls of large cents, half dimes and $3 gold. 😎
I use half dollars when I can. Most people don't know what it is or never seen one.
I live in Canada and I love collecting coins and 1921 one penny King George v England
22:50 i think that's a ddo
Quinn! Why didn't you keep that Bicentennial Kennedy? You tossed it to the side?!
Unlike with the quarters, bicentennial halves are extremely common in rolls of half dollars so it doesn't make sense to keep them
That 1972 half looks like it was silver-plated.
How much are the West point mint marks worth? How are they more then silver? I have a W quarter!

They are worth $10-$20 depending on condition where as a circulated silver quarter is typically just worth $5.52 in silver value!
I just got some coins today, and someone gave me a 1936 Canadian penny, I wanted to make sure it was king George V
The 2024 pennies do have a VDB error.
Just finished a box that was 85% almost bu 2021's, and found 11 2009's.
My box I got 23 wheat cents earliest was 1918
2009D is rare because they were all transported to Puerto Rico in nickels
Loved the video
You collect the 2009 Lincoln commemorative pennies. I notice you don't save the 2004 and 2005 nickels. Why is that?
Yep! I collect the 2009s not because they are commemorative, but because of their relatively low mintage
Isn’t the 1970 half dollar 90% silver?
@@lincolncwynar1547 40%.
No, it is just 40%
I found two 2009 d In the same roll once
You left Michigan?? 😢
Yes, I've been in North Carolina for a year now!
Not even a week and another update 😊😃
I didn't know you moved out of MI. Wait, what you got married too. I haven't been on your site for awhile

You forgot big dollar coins
You forgot the big dollar coins
Unfortunately, buying large dollars at the bank is not an easy task :/
@ definitely need to do a video with them
Ryan has better luck buying an "unsearched" roll on the internet than buying big dollar coins at the bank.
