(Just passing by) When I was there about 2 years ago, I got around the park without any problems. Many of the staff can understand and speak at least a few basic words or phrases, so if you're asking stuff like "how to get here?", "what is this place?" or "how much?" they should be able to answer you :) oh and they provide maps of the park in English, so that helped a lot too!
The traditional Japanese restaurants at both parks have vegan options that looked delicious. There were lots of vegetarian option but not so much vegan.
There were way too many shots of getting pressed pennies at various machines. The title of the video gives the viewer that you might give some useful information about food options. There was very little narrative about the food options.

Well we sure did eat our way through the day. The video is not labeled 'USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT FOOD OPTIONS' you came to that conclusion yourself

They are both really really good! But DisneySea is so different than any other park in the whole world so it's really fun in a new way.

You can't bring any type of tripod to the parks anymore because it became a safety hazard
