Free used to be 14 in Evolution but it was recently changed because they don't wan't the characters to be adults in the future seasons. This same thing happened with A LOT of characters. Like silas was 15, in evolution now he's 11. Lui was 13 but now he's 10

Free left because he was an excuse for bc sol to be weak so he left and they had to train and become strong bladers individually without free so as soon as free lost he came back to see their progress and stayed there and now when someone beats free bc sol will stand a chance against and if I'm being honest free is the only reason valt is so powerful today
