This guy is the best salesman. Years ago I got home wasted one night from the bars and found him on some late night QVC channel. I ordered some "blowout sale" he was selling for 150 bucks. I just looked to see how much everything is worth 15 years later. About 20 bucks for everything. Ha ha ha
Damn, the website is gone. I was gonna buy TEN of those deals lol. Funny thing? That shit box is actually worth about 200 now with the pandemic junx wax craze...
I wish this deal still existed. They would fly at a buck a pack at my flea market. Hell, it would have been a sick deal back then. Older wax is easy to move at a buck a piece.
@yanksfan9678 I agree. Don West seriously needs to bring back good 'ol Kenny Gold for his new online show. I also wonder what Eddy Lewis is up to these days.
I remember when Jaffee would sell 500,000.000 of fake autographs to Shop at home and QVC and would brag about it at the hearings for operation foul ball
It's a sad state when a Don West autograph is worth more then Mark McGwire's. Watching those old Shop At Home videos on RUclips makes me feel sorry for the suckers who paid top dollar for those McGwire, Sosa, and Bonds graded rookie cards. Love ya Don!
Ahhh. 700 packs of the cards that almost destroyed the entire hobby. I bet if you ground all these cards up and slung them around your attic they would make great insulation.
1952 to 1967 sports cards were FIVE CENTS a pack lol. 1968 to about 1974 10 cents a pack. 1975 to 1977 they were 15 cents a pack. Poor legendary Don West was a bit off lol
I would pay about 20 bucks for this and just try to sell it for 35. All these cards were so over produced that they are "literally" worth more if you sold them for fire kindling.
Killacorn "gang, the 1950s cards became so valuable because everybody's moms threw them away. These cards are gonna have to become as rare as they were to attain any value. I'm gonna burn all these cards to boost the value of what's left of them. That's right gang, right here on TV were gonna start the most UNBELIEVABLE bonfire just outside this building and we are LITERALLY gonna make late 80s early 90s cards RARE! don't try to stop me just wait til I open up the lines for pre-order after the flames get taller than the building, we we ONLY be taking 100 callers, that's how many cards we are gonna burn. We went across the country buying up inventory and now we're gonna start a BRAND NEW generation of rare baseball cards. I got a bag of marshmallows thats gonna get lit up like our phone lines."
WE GOT 1990 TOPPS! LOOK AT THAT GUM! DO I DO IT? NO. WE GOT JAY BUHNER! WE GOT.. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS CARD?? GUY'S MISSING HIS NAME! LOOKS LIKE FRANK THOMAS?? *Tosses the card aside* WE GOT NOLAN RYAN! NOOLLLANNN RYYYYANN!
I remember the old days on HSN. One night I ordered 2 - 1982 Topps Baseball vending boxes. Ended up pulling 3 Ripken Jr. rookie cards from them, but I paid an insanely high price for the 2 boxes. This was during the time when Ripken Jr. was on the verge of breaking Lou Gehrig’s consecutive games played record.
i almost got this. all i had to do to is click pay now. after shipping, it's 50 bucks after shipping. it's probably nothing but 1988-2000. junk cards. if it was 1986 and below, id get it.
These so-called collectibles were so over-produced and under-collected there are still literally tens of thousands of packs no one bothered to open, let alone buy. But what good is a gift card, we've got a Ken Griffey, Sr. over here!
Actually, they were over-collected too, making them even less rare. And there are still somehow that many new packs out there. The above notwithstanding, though, if you're out there Don West, your screaming voice and 'splodin' heart made my childhood magical. I'm so glad my parents never let me buy this shit, but it was magical nonetheless.

What about 27 years now?
I'd buy this today! $99 is worth it just for the fun factor/sentimental value. I don't care if they are worth $0
It is worth it for THE GUM! XD
I'd buy 5 orders and sell em for a buck a pack till the end of time lol.
LOL he said "you'e gonna have over $400 worth of commons!"
"IT CAN'T BE DONE, IT CANT BE DONE! BUT I'M DOING IT!!!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I would definitely buy this right now. There at least worth 1.50-2.00 a pack... Be fun as hell
He called Jim Abbott “One Armed Man.” Hahahaaha
I missed out on this deal and I regret it for the rest of my life.
i contemplated suicide after watching this video...GAHDAMN the REGRET!
@Sam Sguanch Looks like a great deal today.
AWW! I thought he was going to swim in the cards!
Damn, the website is gone. I was gonna buy TEN of those deals lol.

Yup, junk Fleer basketball packs are getting expensive everyday.
Don got the Hemorrhoids from eating 20 year old sticks of bubble gum.
I wish this deal still existed. They would fly at a buck a pack at my flea market. Hell, it would have been a sick deal back then. Older wax is easy to move at a buck a piece.
that shit Lawrence taylor card goes for about 25cents lmao
@yanksfan9678 I agree. Don West seriously needs to bring back good 'ol Kenny Gold for his new online show. I also wonder what Eddy Lewis is up to these days.
"Hey Lawrence, crack kills bro! " Lmao!!!
3:36 "Bert Blyleven-- a lot of people think that he should be in the Hall of Fame."
That's how old this video is
Jim Abbott was born without a right hand, but had the rest of his arm and shoulder 😉
13:16 “people are just laughing their butts off” haha no shit 😂😆🤦🏻♂️
Rip don west
Today, this is actually a good deal. Took a while 😂
I remember when Jaffee would sell 500,000.000 of fake autographs to Shop at home and QVC and would brag about it at the hearings for operation foul ball
Don west gain some major weight!!!
It's a sad state when a Don West autograph is worth more then Mark McGwire's. Watching those old Shop At Home videos on RUclips makes me feel sorry for the suckers who paid top dollar for those McGwire, Sosa, and Bonds graded rookie cards. Love ya Don!
This video is just awesome. I love opening up packs of cards.
I watched him for years, and always enjoyed his personality. BUT man the comment at :45 seconds made me cry.
Ahhh. 700 packs of the cards that almost destroyed the entire hobby. I bet if you ground all these cards up and slung them around your attic they would make great insulation.
Gang, this is Wax junk era packs but it will fun to open
YES!The spirit of Don West LIVES ON!yes!!! lol
700 packs of 1988 Topps!!
Oh god no. I hate 1988 Topps. Id rather open a case of 1991 fleer than a box of 88 topps...
You sir earned a like with the mention of hemroids I found that humorous
God bless this man and his family
Lmao @ Don for saying him finding an 86 fleer pack and looking for Jordan RC 😂
This is good for a young kid who just enjoys opening packs of cards and doesn't care about the value...and if it was $30 not $100
I know
Funny is how since 2019, junk wax has gone way up. $2 boxes are now 25 to 40. Its insane
I believe in Don. These cards are worth a ton you know why? Bc Don says so!
1952 to 1967 sports cards were FIVE CENTS a pack lol. 1968 to about 1974 10 cents a pack. 1975 to 1977 they were 15 cents a pack. Poor legendary Don West was a bit off lol
Well, if you go to his website, it's up for sale. I guess he wasn't making enough to pay for the site.
Don West has hemorrhoids = CONFIRMED
It was entertaining watching you open all those packs.
I just bought these for a penny a pack on ebay plus shipping!
I guessed I just passed up on this, my regret looms very large...how will I ever recover?
Can I make this but only with hockey cards
Ill take one but only baseball how do I order 1

Math: $100 ÷ 700 ( packs ) = 14 cents per pack. How did you come up with 5 cents?
