Hi, the video was very good and it really convinces me to buy the Zhiyun Crane M2. I have a similar setup (Sony A6000+ 35mm f1.8 e-mount lens), but I am looking to use it with a boom mic. Do you think the gimbal can handle the camera + lens + boom mic? Thank you!
hi, thank you!! it should work cause I've used much heavier setups such as Sony a7sii + sigma 35mm without a problem. I was surprised how easy and stable it felt even though I had heavy equipment. :)
Ahaha... Love the way of your review :D I consider to shoot street interviews with that combination. Just what do you think, sigma lenses will be alright or i need oss lenses? Thank you.
Hey man ..Were you able to balance the 16-50 kit lens and a6000 perfectly with weebill s..I am unable to balance the roll axis ...It's perfectly balanced with 55-210 lens..But not with the kit lens.. I adjusted the scale to max and seems like the camera and kit lens need a bit extra weight 😅
thank you! I'm not using any cable, instead, I'm using the camrote and ZY play apps. But I had the cable zw-multi-002 included in the purchase of the weebill that works for the a6000.
Hi, I have a6000 and kit lens plus weebil s but I can't balance tje gimbal. Were you using other lens on your setup? The kit lens is too light for the gimbal, can't work it out.
Hey, I have this exact same setup, however when i balance the gimbal and turn it on, it starts violently shaking. Did you have this same problem? Do you use a cage to make the camera heavier? Thanks!
hi, I didn't have that problem with this gimbal but with another one I had before, and it was always because I didn't balance the camera well enough. I forgot to unlock the axis a few times though and then it started to shake. nope, I don't!
On my setup, before turning on the Weebill, I always balance it first with all of the arms unlocked while in tripod stance. Once the camera is balancing upright without turning the gimbal on, make sure everything's all tightened down, then turn the Weebill on. You shouldn't have any shaking problems after that.
Well, I got my weebill S yesterday and put a600 on, I got huge vibration too, then I switch motor to low, no more vibration. Also, if you update the firmware, then the well known jittery problem while tilting forward is solved. However, I cannot connect a6000 to the gimbal using the provided micro isb to multi usb cable. Always stuck at "check connected device". Not sure why, I did research lots of solutions online but no luck.
@@flymanhawaii I just got my Weebill S and been experimenting with my a6000. I was having this same problem but I figured out what was wrong. You have to go into the camera menu and set the USB Connection to "Auto" and in the Weebill S you have to select Sony for the camera but in the option to provide power to the camera select "off". I had been trying it with the power option set to "on" and couldn't get it to work but after I set it to "off" it started working fine and I could control my camera functions using the Weebill S's buttons. I was also getting vibration with my 18-135 lens and no cage on the camera - even after balancing it perfectly - so I set overall motor power to low and decreased the tilt motor power to just "6" and that solved the vibration. I got that solution off Reddit. I think I may have to get a cage though to weigh the camera more like others have suggested to avoid having to use this workaround.

I just ordered it with and can't wait to try it out with my little sony a6000 great video!
how nice! thank you.

thank you! sounds nice. I use my sigma lens on it as well, so it should work just fine :)
I use the Sigma 16 mm 1.4 on this set up very pleased
@@UTCM Thank you so much.
@@UTCM Do you face any issues like overheating of gimbal?
@@nord7556 None thus far used it two or three hours out in the heat never had any issues ...
can you connected weebill S with a6000 ?

Hi, did you find any solution balancing the a6000 with the 16-50kitlens?
could it be that you have to turn on the camera in order to balance it? i mean that lens extends once you turn it on
Nice video! What cable do you use? I somehow can't find a cable that fits between the Weebill S and my Sony A6000

@@nikeossler Thanks a lot! So If you don't mind me asking - you just need the two apps to make the gimbal work? I'm very new to film making lol

Hi, I've used different lenses without a problem but they have all been heavier than the 35mm that I use in this particular video.
@@nikeossler thanks! That's what I thought, should be heavier than the 35mm. Will upgrade my lens then, thanks again. 👍
