I think I'm fine with it but It feels like they just use it to universally, like remember that memory scene from dragon rising season 1, Lloyd had his new voice actor instead of his more younger voice/old voice actor, that kinds just ruins all the feeling of being Lloyd's memories and more like he's trying to recreate a memory
TLDR: Too much has changed since the voice actor/design was changed so I don't think they can bring it back, but i really wish they could I heard that it won't be possible to bring back the old designs for the show because the can't be used in sets anymore, but I don't exactly remember the reason. But about the voice actor, it would probably just be confusing for the new fans that joined after s11 or dragons rising, and I'm still mad about the situation and would love to hear Jillian in the show (even as a different character) but it's just an unfortunate set of circumstances that i don't think can be changed. I got a bit carried away while writing lol
For me, old lloyd and new lloyd are 2 different characters. I absolutely love old lloyd and I hate new lloyd. They are not the same person for me. Changing the hair, face, and voice all at the same time was too much for me and I totally prefer Jillian for Lloyd’s character.

i know they didn't bring the og lloyd design back just for a second or bring Jillian back huge disappointment
