Question, I'm 3D artist with over 10 years of experience, and very comfortable with different 3D fields. I was a director in my last job before I was impacted by the mass layoffs. Is there a rank dedicated to artists like myself, and will I be able to skip the learning phase and go directly to the practical aspects of client acquisition and business lessons in the course?
May i ask u like did u learn the 3d by urself or u think its necessary to get some courses or follow specific stuff ? I mean u way way more experienced than me 😅im still on my 6month of learning blender
@@tokyo_ghoul_social7942 self taught, but I did buy maybe 2 or 3 courses the past 5 years. Mostly learned through watching videos and doing a shit ton of personal projects to experiment. If you continue the path you're on and don't get lazy with learning new things you will become an expert eventually. The timeframe depends on your dedication and how much time you spend doing 3D every day.

I worked 12 hour shifts 6 days a week while writing a book and building my business on the side. There is enough time in the day if you are willing to focus and apply yourself fully.

that's because people go to college or university and when they don't get job afterwards is probably because lot's of companies look for experience which sucks and I didn't know that until now.
Exactly. What you learn in Uni is not enough for companies, they want you to have other skills as well, which you can only gain by getting your hands dirty by your own initiative. The unfortunate reality of the situation is that University is not good enough.
I agree but I still don't regret it because a colleague of mine told me about blender 😂😂😂. Its not just about the experience. They want specialists and obedience .Basically a continuation of the system we were raised into. I graduated multimedia design and reality was hard after that

how do you unsubscribe if it's not for you? I see Stripe is listed as the payment vendor. I've signed up subs before and it's a hassle to figure out where to unsubscribe when the time is right.
