I would love to know what you ended up doing with that NYC bronzer with the different strips that you put in your maybe pile? I had it and used it a lot up to a certain point but then mine started to constantly develop hard pan and I got frustrated and threw it out! I did like the color though and was hoping to know if mine was just a bad one or if that's how it is... if I got a fluke then I might repurchase one day...
The first bronzer you talked about you could just take out the bronzer and take out some shades of Anastasia and make a z pallet

+eg00 I only throw the stuff that is old, I give all the other products away to friends and family :)

NARS Sin looks just awful on me! I can't believe I spent that kind of money on a blush just makes me look extra ruddy/red and kinda sick. I'm going to try it as a very expensive eye shadow. :-(

You did a pretty good job, but don't keep stuff you don't like just because "everyone else" likes it. Specifically talking about the 2 balm products that you said you never wore and didn't really like. Not every shade is for everyone. Also, don't keep a cool blush that doesn't work for you just because it's the only one you have. Think about what really makes you happy and what you always look forward to wearing and try to just keep those things. I used to have a lot of the same rationalizations you use and have learned over time that keeping certain products did nothing for me except sit around and slowly go bad. I always thought "I might wear it some day..." but the day never came. It also doesn't hurt to have someone help you go thru your stuff with you to help you be strict with yourself. I've done that myself as I also have a hard time getting rid of things. (Side note -I think if you actually swatched all your bronzers on your arm you would realize that many of them are the exact same color. There's only so many shades of neutral browns that flatter the skin. Just a thought.) Thanks for sharing though, I enjoyed seeing what you like and don't like. ☺
